Steve Crossland - Austin Property ManagerSteve Crossland, REALTOR®, MPM®, has lived in Austin TX since 1985 and has been active in real estate in Austin since 1990. He is a Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a BBA in Management Information Systems. Steve holds the MPM® (Master Property Manager) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and was the 2004 President of the Austin Chapter of NARPM. He served on the Austin NARPM Chapter Board of Directors for 6 years. The MPM® designation is held by fewer than 200 Property Managers nationwide.

Steve currently serves on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees for the Austin Board of Realtors, the Government Affairs Committee at ABOR, and is a member of the Property Management Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors.

Steve’s active industry involvement helps him stay aware of and knowledgeable about the constant changes and legal requirements of landlords in Texas. A former computer programmer and an avid Austin real estate blogger, Steve possesses the knowledge, experience, attention to detail and easy going nature required to be an effective property manager. He will represent you well in caring for your property and tenants.

Sylvia Crossland - Austin Property ManagerSylvia Crossland, Broker, REALTOR®, has been active in Austin real estate since 1988. She was raised in Austin TX, graduated from Travis High School, and is a Graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos with a BA in Interior Design.

Prior to entering Real Estate in Austin, Sylvia worked as an Interior Designer in San Antonio and Austin. She obtained her TX Real Estate license in 1988 and her Texas Brokers license in 1992.

In 1993, along with husband Steve, Sylvia started Crossland Real Estate, a full service real estate company specializing in Property Management, Sales and Leasing.

Steve and Sylvia both formerly served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) of Keller William’s flagship Southwest Market Center in Austin. As a top producing team and members of the ALC they helped run that office for two years before returning to their independent roots in 2009.
